For a third consecutive year RiskMonitor Foundation directed its critics and recommendations to Bulgaria’s State Agency for National Security. The non-governmental institute analysed the work of the organisation in 2010 in its traditional monitoring, which recommends better transparency, accountability and specialisation of the institution. V Consulting invited representatives of all media to the event, helped them gather the information they needed, followed the publications on the topic and prepared a special monitoring.
