Grand Slam for Starbucks® Bulgaria in 2018

Starbucks®Bulgaria opened four new coffeehouses in the period April-August this year, in several cities. Adding these four coffeehouses, the total number of coffeehouses in Bulgaria already counts 12.

Our team got the provocative task to organize and coordinate all activities regarding the openings in Mall Galleria Burgas, Mall Plovdiv, Serdika Center in Sofia and a coffeehouse in the center of Varna – including decoration, official and animation events, media coverage, photo and video shooting with drone. The opening events were united under the 10th anniversary of the brand in Bulgaria. The events were also different, intriguing and compliant with the different venues specifics.

To promote the new locations, we created various game activities and events in social media.

Since early morning thousands had gathered at the entrance of the new coffeehouse in Burgas to get their favorite aromatic drinks. The emblematic symbol of the brand – the siren appearing in the Starbucks®logo – was the special hostess of the opening event. She welcomed the guests with a story about the company’s history and philosophy.

The long awaited Starbucks®first opening in Varna became a real feast in the city. The performers from Varna Swing Orchestra Project were an ideal addition to the coffeehouse’s style – situated in a beautiful historical building in the heart of the city. An attractive airship, elevated in the sky above, pointed to the citizens of Varna the exact place where they could find their favorite drinks.

No one will be surprised to know that Plovdiv welcomed us with a queue of impatient Starbucks®fans. They were eager to be the first to get in touch with the fabulous coffee experience.

And feast is a feast -  every opening was complemented with a cake and an abundance of branded balloons.
